The BCG Nexus Atlanta office asked for our team to come up with a wall mural that employees would see when they come into work. The goal was to reflect the diversity of backgrounds, races, abilities, interest, and more that can exist within a 500-person office. Our team worked to represent the identities that exist in our office, from the traditional Thai culture one colleague wished to see represented, to the little things that we love (see if you can find my cat leaping from one portrait to another!). Additionally, when you come through the elevator bay, you are greeted with a mirror to literally reflect the faces of the wonderful folks who make the office as vibrant as it is!
